Whether "head chefs", "Michelin-star chefs" or perhaps a "Meilleur Ouvrier de France", Aquitaine's chefs are happy to pass on their knowledge and tips. Do you love good food, and are you interested in nature? For something a bit out of the ordinary, try some new foods, products with new flavours that look beautiful on the plate. Bordelaise sea lamprey is exactly what will make you melt with pleasure.
