Have fun: enjoy entertaining occupations. Strolling, hanging out, entertaining yourselves
It’s the very essence of the holiday spirit!

I’m having fun

Amusement involves outdoor leisure pursuits, workshops and courses, and an appealing approach to heritage for adults and children alike.

The region boasts many vast protected open spaces, affording a full range of leisure activities. From the ocean to the Pyrenees, by bicycle or canoe, from the golf green to farms where it’s fun to learn. Sport, walking, and relaxation: there’s something for everyone.

In terms of edutainment, you can try cave painting workshops Cro-Magnon style, or a day out in the vineyards working with Saint-Émilion wine-growers, and introductory surfing lessons in the Landes.

There are interactive tours with tablets to bring the ancient stone walls to life as well as torch-lit tours and historical re-enactments.

Bonus: you can bask in the festive spirit of the South-West in all sorts of festivals all year round. Take a look at our schedule.
