4 km from the Col d’Aubisque (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), the winter sports resort of Gourette offers a genuine mountain landscape at an altitude starting at 1400m with access to sumptuous views and not a built-up area in sight.
Gourette is one of the first resorts to have been awarded ISO 14001 certification, thanks to its requirements in terms of the improvement, respect and protection of its environment.
Gourette underwent a facelift in 2004 with a new configuration and modernised facilities.
