A hotel just a stone's throw from the Pyrenees National Park

You can stop off there on the way to the National Park and the Col du Somport (Spain), or decide to stay there in order to visit the surrounding mountainous countryside: Fort du Portalet, Gorges d’Enfer… Pau (train station and airport) is 1 1/2 hours away, and Oloron-Sainte-Marie and the Spanish border just 30 minutes away.

It offers eight rooms including one accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a gîte in a village house a few yards away.

 

There is also a conference room with a panoramic view over the Aspe Valley, which you can also see from the terrace.
Useful tip: get there early enough to see the sunset.
