The world's top surfers are in town!

Fresh from the New York Long Beach event, the world's 32 top surfers will soon be taking on the best waves the Landes and Basque coasts have to offer. Between October 4th and 13th, depending on the wave conditions, the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor, Capbreton and Saint-Jean-de-Luz are all on standby to welcome this  international event.

Even if you can't make it down to the Quiksilver village or the local after-surf bars, you can follow the whole contest online at quiksilverlive.com and cheer on everybody's favourite surfer… French champ Jérémy Florès of course!

To celebrate the world tour's arrival, all 12 surf schools in the Club Surf Landes partnership are offering free equipment hire (board and wetsuit) for the day when you book a lesson with them. More info at tourismelandes.com.
